Vinod Nautiyal

Founder and Chief Managing Director, EXPAN

Passionate, driven and ambitious; Mr. Nautiyal has 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. After a stint at GATI in 1993, he went on to start his first venture Dart Air Services in 1998 – offering international courier & freight solutions to exporters. After successfully growing the business many folds and with a bigger vision, he started EXPAN in 2014.

Now leading both EXPAN and Dart Air, he plays an instrumental role in managing functions, processes across regions and clients - in India and abroad.

His strategic insights and counsel have shaped both ventures, and helped them become brands in their own right.

Rasvinder Singh

Marketing Lead, EXPAN

Mr. Rasvinder has 14 years of diversified experience and is associated with EXPAN since 2017 heading Marketing and Sales on Pan India Basis.

An astute and results-oriented leader, he has experience in developing, managing, operating and delivering multifunctional tactical and strategic assignments predominantly in Supply Chain and Logistics Management.

Sneha Negi

Air Freight Expert, EXPAN

Sneha is one of the founder members of EXPAN, having been associated with the Freightnet group for the past 15 years. With an expertise in Air Freight and armed with a dedicated approach towards customer service, she has helped the organisation strengthen and retain its customer base. She holds excellent business relationships and rapport with customers and international agents alike.

K.E. Sri Rama Raju

DGM - South India, EXPAN

Mr. Rama Raju has been in the logistics industry since 2000. He has worked with various companies such as Gati, VRL, Overnite Express; holding several leadership positions. He has a thorough Knowledge of operations, sales and administration. A veteran in this industry, strategy and implementation are his key strengths.

Srishti Nautiyal

Lead – Strategy & Planning

Srishti is the youngest member of the team with a background in Corporate Communications, Strategic Advisory and Business Development. She looks after EXPAN’s overall processes, operations and is a counsel on EXPAN’s key future decisions across divisions. She brings energy to the table and a determination to make real difference to the company and its people.
